Shipping & DeliveryAt Garden Lighting Outlet we always send your goods First Class via Royal Mail. Using this service you should expect to receive your goods (if in stock) to be with you within 48-72 hours. Once you have made a purchase through the website, one of our customer services represenatives will email you directly confirming delivery date and answering any of your queries.
If you have ordered more than one product then we may ship them to you in separate shipments. We do this so you receive your goods as quickly as possible.
Christmas Delivery Times
The last order to be received by Christmas must be made by midday on the 19th of Dec for you to receive it by the 23rd, however please be aware that due to adverse weather conditions or inundation of deliveries over this time, nothing is guaranteed and all we can do is endeavour to make sure we do everything in our power to get your items to you. As Christmas and New Year fall on weekends this year our delivery companies and warehouses will be closed between from Christmas until the 3rd of January, orders can still be taken, but they will not be processed until the 3rd so please be aware that there will be delays in deliveries by at least a week. Meaning if you order an item it could take two-three weeks to be delivered over this period. Although we work to avoid this sometimes it cannot be helped.
All products purchased via the Garden Lighting Outlet website are distributed by our trusted supplier network. Any warranties and liability remain with the supplier of that product. During this process Garden Lighting Outlet will co-ordinate and act on your behalf and ensure that you receive the level of service you expect.

Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return your order
Should you need to return goods for whatever reason you must notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
– Your full contact details
– Details of the product(s) that you wish to return
– The reason for return
– Date of purchase
– Our order/invoice number
We will then email back to you with an Approved Authorisation Number (AAN). This must be clearly visible on the returned package. We cannot accept unauthorised returns. Returns must be suitably packaged and sent by royal mail, which must be paid by you. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
This does not affect Your Statutory Rights.
If you wish to cancel your order
You must notify us as soon as possible (but no more than 7 days after delivery) by email at email@example.com stating your reason for cancellation. Once order has been placed on the Garden Lighting Outlet site our dispatch process commences and cannot be stopped. So to cancel the order please follow the procedure above stated and ensure you obtain an AAN. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.
If your item is faulty
If your goods are faulty goods, we will of course send a replacement or give a full refund, as appropriate and as quickly as possible. However, all faulty goods claims must be made within 7 days of delivery of the item by email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reason for return, please follow the steps detailed above. OrderingOrdering products at Garden Lighting Outlet couldn’t be simpler. Once you’ve found the product you want simply click the Add to Basket button to add it to your shopping basket. Once you’ve finished shopping click on the Checkout button and you will be taken through the straightforward checkout process.

Cooling Off Period
At Garden Lighting Outlet we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
